[Attributes of God]
وَلَهُ صِفَاتُ أَزَليَّةٌ قائِمَةٌ بِذَاتِهِ وَهِيَ لاَ هُوَ وَلاَ غَيْرُهُ. وَهِيَ: الْعِلْمُ، وَالقُدْرَةُ، وَالحَيَاةُ، وَالْقُوَّةُ، وَالسَّمْعُ، وَالْبَصَرُ، وَالإرَادَةُ، وَالمَشِيئَةُ، وَالْفِعْلُ، وَالتَّخْلِيقُ، وَالتَّرْزِيقُ، وَالْكَلاَمُ.
013 -His attributes are eternal (azalī) and are subsistent in His essence (qāiʾmā bi-dhātihi). They are not Him or are they other than Him. And they are Knowledge (ʿilm) and Power (qudra) and Life (ḥayāt) and Might (quwwa) and Hearing (samʿ) and Seeing (baṣar) and Willing (irāda) and Desiring (mashīʾa) and Acting (fiʿl) and Creating (takhlīq) and Sustaining (tarzīq). And Speech (kalām).
